What we collect

When you fill out a form we collect your name, phone, email and ZIP code, and what you choose to tell us about your coverage needs. On EnrollNative that can include household size, an income range, whether anyone in your household is an enrolled tribal member, and your current coverage. We also record your consent to be contacted, the date, and the page you were on.

Like most websites, we receive basic technical information such as your browser, device and the page that referred you.

How we use it

• To contact you about the coverage you asked about, and to prepare plan options for you.
• With your permission, to submit applications to HealthCare.gov or an insurance company on your behalf.
• To keep records that insurance regulators require of licensed agents.

Calls and texts

We only call or text you if you check the consent box. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems (our customer relationship software and email provider), with HealthCare.gov or insurance companies when you ask us to enroll you, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep records as long as we are working with you and as long as insurance record-keeping rules require afterward.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to record-keeping rules, by reaching us through the contact form on this site.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the site.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
